Rinnai 50 cup Rice Cooker (RER55ASL) is great for restaurant use because it can cook up to 50 cups or 100 bowls of rice in 22 minutes, and keeps it warm for hours. The preparation of rice has traditionally been a cooking process which requires time-consuming attention to ensure the rice is cooked properly. This automatic rice cooker will simplify the process by automatically controlling the heat and timing, while freeing up a heating element on the range. Simply add the correct amount of rice and water to this cooker, turn it on, and walk away! This gas rice cooker has a piezo pilot ignition and runs on propane gas.
Prepare large or small quantities of rice to perfection, with Rinnai gas-fired rice cookers. These safe, dependable, commercial-quality cookers simmer rice to maturity in less time than electric cookers, while also saving energy and money. SHIPPING
Almost all of our parts and supplies ship through UPS or Fedex. For items that have a shipping charge, your shipping charge will be calculated by the product’s weight and your shipping zip code. Most of our orders will ship same day if you place your order by 12 PM Central Standard time on business days. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn’t always take weekends and holidays into account. Most items are stocked in our Dallas warehouses but some may ship directly from the manufacturer. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and suggest an alternative solution to deliver your order. All equipment and larger items will ship LTL Freight.
While most of items are free shipping please note that lift gate service is not included.
Free shipping includes delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or fork lift. If you don’t have a loading dock or for lift then and
the freight driver is only responsible to move the freight to the end of the tailgate and you are responsible for offloading your product.
If you don’t have a loading dock or forklift it is recommended to opt for the lift gate service. By having a lift gate, the driver can lower your product to the ground for you on a lift behind his truck. You pay what we pay for the lift gate service and that is an additional $60. If you order more than one unit that ship to the same commercial address then you will only need to pay for the lift gate once.
Any LTL freight shipping to a residential address will incur a residential delivery fee of $120. Large equipment almost always ships directly from the manufacturer and may require an additional 2-3 days for delivery. If you have any questions at all

RETURN
Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection.
