American Accurate
case feeder© is a new
and improved design. It is the
most economical,
durable, and fast rifle and pistol case feeder.
You can get your brass lined up in the tubes ready for reloading in less
than ten seconds. This case feeder is carefully designed, engineered, quality
controlled and packaging in the USA. Products made in China
The end of the funnel has been lengthened
in order to provide a more secure fitting onto the 4 plastic casing tubes.
The inside of the collator is more of a
step down funnel shape, and has ridges which provide a better texture,
allowing for the brass to line up in a bottom-first arrangement before
being sent down the tubes.
The openings of the 4 chambers are flare
and more of a graduated down-slope, which provides more ease so that the
brass casing can be channeled down the cylinders.

Feeder is built of a sturdy, reliable, and more durable material so that
it will last a lot longer on the wear and tear associated with case
reloading.
AA Collator has a larger pan area, which
provides a better surface area for the casings to move into the correct
bottom-down orientation.
Important Notice
We observed many YouTuber who are excited to
use our product, ignored the instructions, they filled the case right at the
center directly above the holes and filled it too much cause it to jam and
leave no room for the case to vibrate and correct itself on the way to the
center. Before using this collator, we would ask that you please read the
following tips and guidelines in order to utilize the efficacy of this case
feeder:
Even though the case feeder has a larger
diameter than the original LEE Collator, this feature was not intended to
fill the collator completely full of brass; if this occurs, the brass will
crowd and press against each other, which will not allow them to flow down
the chambers effectively and cause it to be upside down.
DO NOT
fill
the case right at the center or directly above the holes.
In order to correctly use the collator,
begin by filling up the hopper about 1 hand full start from the outer away
from the center while shaking in a short circular motion. This will allow
the room and the vibration needed for the brass to arrange in the proper
orientation, without jamming them together.
The easy way to insert the tube in the
bottom of AA Collator is tilt the tube in about 5 -10 degree then push
forward. It is harder to insert all four tubes at once in the LEE black
plastic revolver. We recommend to leave the tube hang out unevenly before
insert them into LEE black plastic revolver. After all four tubes are
partially inserted in both AA Collator and LEE black plastic revolver,
press the top AA collator until all tubes are seated all the way.
The AA Stainless Steel Adapter Plate will
work with 9mm and smaller cases.
Any
case bigger than 9mm, does not require the Adaptor plate.

Complain:
We
notice our price is little high. AA collator is not a massive common house products
selling at Walmart. The custom mold cost us over ten thousand US dollars not
included minimum order, tariffs and shipping oversea. We are just trying to
break even and have enough funds to develop new exciting products in the near
future. We may also build an adaptor for the AA Collator to fit the RCBS, Dillon,
Hornady Lock N Load and other reloading press.
