If your aren’t buying a Genuine APC SYBT5 you are getting a USED or SUBSTANDARD battery:
Nearly every battery replacement company we have found simply puts new batteries in an old shell and calls it New. Its not New… because inside the tray is a chip that logs and controls the battery behaviour over its life.
What does the chip control?
: The chip inside keeps track of the age, temperature, number of discharges and protects against dangerous thermal overload
Why is a used chip bad?
: The putting new batteries in a shell with an old chip means the Symmetra thinks its an old and cant be trusted to deliver the full power or take a full charge.
Some remove the chip all together
:In this case, there is no historical bad data, but now there is no communication at all with the Symmetra’s brain!
Why is your Syntelligence batteries better?
: We looked at the original values of many SYBT5s to understand how the shunt resistance, capacity, discharge and temperature values work. Armed with that info, we could encode a chip with the proper values
What about serial # and manufacture dates?
: We encode each chip with our serial # beginning with GL and then the year and then a unque code. Every SYBT5 is different. Plus we date the chip with a date within the last month.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2days.  Once we process your order, we install fresh batteries and give it a thorough charge and discharge test.  Then its packed up and shipped.  The next morning you will getting freight tracking.  If you need it faster, BuyItNow and then call us 954-366-3070 to talk about expediting options.
All our items are available for free pickup.  However, we still must process and test your UPS.  If you want to pickup, go ahead
