This sale is for AVTECH Room Alert 26W environment monitoring , Unit will not configure. As soon as it is powered on, it goes straight to a blinking amber light on the right side of the NIC. It flashes a single green light on the left, but then goes to a steady, repeating, flashing amber light on the right side of the NIC. AVTECH says that indicates it needs a firmware update. I have followed all of the processes to apply the firmware update, but it will not reset. It appears that the “Reset” button is damaged or nonfunctional? The NIC never gets a green link light.
